This land & 3 tiered Mountain stretches between two pristine creeks, and is destined to be part of a greater Land Reserve. A Protection & Reforestation Project is underway, and being coordinated among neighbors. This area contains Pre-Incan Sacred Sites that are meant to be protected from fires and exploitation.
The lower border of this property is a mountain road that dead ends at both creeks. The Northern most drainage hosts the 1 house and animal pens that are located at the begin of the flat land that proceeds up the valley. From the house, you can hear the water below, and there are mountain and valley views in all directions. Much of the flat land is cultivated with sugar cane currently, and is ripe for any other crop in the future. There a variety of fruit trees in both valleys, and on parts of the mountain above.
The mountain has a number of flat platforms that scale up a massive mountain boasting 3 peaks. A large forest at the top of the mountain is a declared Protected Forest (part of Socio Bosque) measuring 442 hectares (marked in green on the maps below). The conservation contract with the Ministerio del Ambiente pays $5,926.00 annually.
